Where are our scarfs manufactured?
Each product is manufactured by craft production in Siem Reap (North-west of Cambodia), a few kilometers away from the famous temples of Angkor.
Is the production 100% handmade and 100% ethical?
Yes, we work in partnership with a Cambodian workshop, we guarantee a completely handmade production and an equitable remuneration for the weavers who are directly trained by the workshop. We regularly go to Siem Reap to see the working conditions of the weavers.
Are the Krama Krama products of good quality?
At Krama Krama, we personally control every scarves and products. However, given that every product is unique, there might be some tiny differences between the two products of the same collection. This is one of the perks and charms of handmade production.
How much time does it take to manufacture a cotton scarf?
Fabrication time varies depending on the size of the scarf and the complexity of the motif. Regarding a standard size (170x55cm), the weaver needs upwards of 8 hours for the making of one scarf.

Delivery of orders
What are the delivery deadlines?
Delivery is carried out from France, the products are sent on the day of your order if placed before 1:00 p.m. It takes about 4 days to carry out a delivery in Europe and 7 days for the United States.

Yes, we work with PayPal, a globally acknowledged organization for their reliability concerning security with electronic payments.
